Unacceptable: Fellow's participation in activities of the local STEM community is rare, passive, or forced
Acceptable: Fellow's participation in activities of the local STEM community is regular, active and autonomous
Exemplary: Fellow's participation in activities of the local STEM community is frequent, proactive and reliable.
